The Referral Market Report may use publicly available business information, third-party information, geographic data, market data, business listings, ratings, reviews, business categories, service-area information, automated analysis, algorithms, estimates, assumptions, or other data sources.
Information obtained from publicly available sources, including a publicly listed business phone number, address, website, or other business information, is not treated as information personally submitted by you merely because you selected the business for purposes of generating a report.
A publicly available business phone number identified through the Referral Market Report process does not constitute consent to receive SMS or text messages from Easy Refer Me.
Referral Market Reports are provided for general informational and business-planning purposes only.
A report does not constitute a guarantee of business performance, lead volume, referral volume, revenue, profitability, market demand, customer acquisition, participant availability, business opportunities, or future results.
Information contained in a Referral Market Report may be generated or assisted by automated systems and may include estimates, calculations, classifications, projections, or other analytical outputs.
Market conditions and available information can change, and some underlying information may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, outdated, or inaccurate.
Easy Refer Me does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or current status of information obtained from publicly available or third-party sources.

6. Demo Booking
You may request or schedule a demonstration of Easy Refer Me through our website, including through a demo request presented from the Easy Refer Me website or a Referral Market Report.
When requesting a demo, you may be asked to provide contact information such as your name, email address, and phone number.
Submitting a demo request does not create a customer relationship, subscription, service agreement, or obligation to purchase Easy Refer Me.

People added to their network or account
Referral program rules
Referral compensation or rewards
Communications sent through the platform
Obtaining legally required permissions or consent
Maintaining appropriate privacy notices
Complying with advertising and marketing laws
Complying with telecommunications and messaging requirements
Complying with tax and reporting requirements applicable to referral compensation
Complying with professional, licensing, industry, or local requirements applicable to their business
Easy Refer Me does not become a party to an agreement between a business and its customer, referral participant, vendor, professional contact, lead, or other third party merely because the parties use Easy Refer Me.
9. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
If you provide your mobile phone number and separately consent to receive text messages from Easy Refer Me by checking an optional SMS consent box, you agree to receive transactional and service-related text messages from Easy Refer Me at the phone number you provide.
Messages may include service request confirmations, request-for-information links, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, missing detail requests, service updates, account-related communications, and customer support messages.
Message frequency may vary depending on your request, appointment, account activity, or customer support needs. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS/text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Easy Refer Me.
Providing a phone number does not by itself provide consent to receive SMS/text messages. SMS consent is collected separately through an optional consent mechanism.
Easy Refer Me does not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties, affiliates, business partners, lead generators, or outside organizations for marketing or promotional purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. SMS Features Used by Easy Refer Me Customers
Easy Refer Me may provide communications technology that allows business customers to send or receive text messages in connection with their own business operations.
Access to SMS/text messaging features is not automatic. Each business customer must complete any registration, verification, application, approval, or activation requirements applicable to its business and messaging use before SMS functionality may be enabled or used.
Easy Refer Me may require customers to provide accurate business, identity, contact, messaging-use, consent, or other information necessary to support such registration or approval processes. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on requirements imposed by telecommunications providers, carriers, regulators, or other service providers.
A business using these features is responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from each recipient and complying with applicable laws, carrier requirements, messaging-provider requirements, registration requirements, opt-out requirements, and other applicable communications rules.
Consent provided to Easy Refer Me itself is not automatically consent to receive text messages from businesses using Easy Refer Me.
Customers may not buy, sell, rent, transfer, share, or otherwise obtain SMS consent in a manner prohibited by applicable law, carrier requirements, or messaging-provider requirements.
Customers may not use Easy Refer Me to send unlawful, deceptive, unsolicited, abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited messages.
Easy Refer Me may delay, restrict, suspend, or disable SMS functionality when required registration or approval has not been completed, has expired, has been rejected, or when necessary to comply with applicable law, carrier requirements, provider requirements, or messaging rules.
11. Email and Phone Communications
When you voluntarily provide your email address or phone number through Easy Refer Me, including through a demo request or other contact form, we may contact you by email or phone regarding your request, demo appointment, account, customer support request, or other service-related matter, subject to applicable law.
A phone number obtained from a publicly available business listing or other public source in connection with generating a Referral Market Report is not treated as SMS consent.
Any SMS communications requiring consent are subject to the separate SMS consent provisions above.
12. Privacy Policy
Your use of Easy Refer Me is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and handle personal information and other information processed through our website and services.

Referral Market Reports and other analytical outputs may rely on automated processes, estimates, assumptions, publicly available information, and third-party information and may contain errors or omissions.
Nothing provided through Easy Refer Me constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or other professional advice.
24. Limitation of Liability

25. Suspension and Termination

No Class Actions
YOU AND SEVENTH CLICK VENTURES LLC D/B/A EASY REFER ME AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLAIMANT, CLASS MEMBER, OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, COORDINATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to:
Participate in a class action against Easy Refer Me;
Serve as a class representative or class member;
Bring or participate in a collective action;
Bring or participate in a consolidated or coordinated proceeding involving claims of multiple unrelated persons or entities;
Bring claims in a representative capacity on behalf of other persons or entities; or
Seek relief on behalf of anyone other than yourself or the business entity you are legally authorized to represent.
No court, arbitrator, or other decision-maker may consolidate the claims of multiple unrelated persons or entities or otherwise preside over any form of class, collective, mass, consolidated, coordinated, or representative proceeding against Easy Refer Me except where applicable law does not permit such a waiver.
Individual Relief Only
Any relief awarded in a dispute between you and Easy Refer Me may be awarded only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party’s individual claim, except where applicable law expressly requires otherwise.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from pursuing an individual claim in a court of competent jurisdiction, including an eligible individual claim in small claims court.
No Waiver of Non-Waivable Rights

YOU AND SEVENTH CLICK VENTURES LLC D/B/A EASY REFER ME AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLAIMANT, CLASS MEMBER, OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, COORDINATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to:
Participate in a class action against Easy Refer Me;
Serve as a class representative or class member;
Bring or participate in a collective action;
Bring or participate in a consolidated or coordinated proceeding involving claims of multiple unrelated persons or entities;
Bring claims in a representative capacity on behalf of other persons or entities; or
Seek relief on behalf of anyone other than yourself or the business entity you are legally authorized to represent.
