This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the refund, cancellation, and money-back guarantee terms applicable to Easy Refer Me subscriptions and services.
Easy Refer Me is operated by Seventh Click Ventures LLC, doing business as Easy Refer Me.
## 1. Starter Plan 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New customers who purchase the Easy Refer Me Starter Plan are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee on the initial Starter Plan subscription payment.
To qualify for the guarantee, the customer must remain on the Starter Plan during the applicable 30-day guarantee period.
A request under the 30-day money-back guarantee must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the customer's initial Starter Plan purchase.
There is no free trial. The Starter Plan is a paid subscription from the date of purchase, subject to the limited 30-day money-back guarantee described in this Policy.
## 2. Upgrading Ends the Money-Back Guarantee
**The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only while the customer remains subscribed to the Starter Plan.**
If a customer upgrades from the Starter Plan to any higher-priced plan, tier, package, or subscription level, the customer voluntarily ends and permanently waives eligibility for the Starter Plan 30-day money-back guarantee for that subscription.
This applies even if the upgrade occurs within the original 30-day period.
Once an upgrade has been completed, neither the original Starter Plan payment nor charges associated with the upgraded plan are eligible for the Starter Plan 30-day money-back guarantee.
Downgrading back to the Starter Plan after an upgrade does not restore, restart, extend, or create a new 30-day money-back guarantee.
## 3. Higher-Tier Plans
Higher-tier plans are **not covered by the Starter Plan 30-day money-back guarantee**.
Customers should review the applicable plan, pricing, included features, and charges before completing an upgrade.
Except for any prorated amount expressly provided upon cancellation under Section 5 below, payments and charges for higher-tier plans are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
## 4. Cancellation at Any Time
Customers may cancel an Easy Refer Me subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals after the cancellation is processed, subject to any outstanding amounts or obligations associated with the account.
Cancellation of a higher-tier plan does not convert the subscription into a Starter Plan refund or restore eligibility for the Starter Plan 30-day money-back guarantee.
## 5. Proration Following Cancellation
When a prepaid subscription is canceled, Easy Refer Me may calculate the unused portion of the applicable paid subscription period from the effective cancellation date through the end of that prepaid billing period.
Where this Policy provides for a prorated refund, the refundable amount will be based only on the eligible unused portion of the subscription charge.
Any separately identified non-refundable charges, third-party charges, registration fees, setup fees, usage-based charges, transaction charges, telecommunications charges, or other amounts that have already been incurred or committed on behalf of the customer are not included in the prorated refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
A prorated cancellation refund is separate from the Starter Plan 30-day money-back guarantee and does not make a higher-tier subscription eligible for that guarantee.
## 6. Account and Infrastructure Removal
Following cancellation, Easy Refer Me may deactivate the account and begin removing, releasing, disconnecting, or terminating infrastructure and resources provisioned for the customer's account.
This may include, where applicable, communication resources, assigned telephone numbers, stored data, integrations, account configurations, and other customer-specific infrastructure.
Customers are responsible for exporting or retaining any information they are permitted to retain before cancellation becomes effective.
Once customer-specific infrastructure, telephone numbers, or data have been released or deleted, restoration may not be possible.
Easy Refer Me is not required to continue maintaining customer-specific infrastructure after cancellation except where retention is required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.
## 7. Non-Refundable Charges
Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Policy or required by applicable law, the following are not refundable:
Third-party fees already incurred on behalf of the customer;
Registration, verification, application, or activation fees;
Usage-based charges already incurred;
Telecommunications or messaging charges already incurred;
Transaction or processing charges that are separately identified as non-refundable before purchase;
Custom, one-time, or separately purchased services that have already been performed or provisioned; and
Any other charge expressly identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
## 8. Refund Requests
Requests under the Starter Plan 30-day money-back guarantee or questions regarding a cancellation or prorated refund should be submitted to:

## 9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible.
The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the payment processor, card issuer, financial institution, or payment method.
Easy Refer Me is not responsible for processing delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment providers.
## 10. Changes to This Policy
Easy Refer Me may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law and will not eliminate refund rights that have already vested under the version of this Policy applicable to a completed purchase.
## 11. Applicable Law
Nothing in this Policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived or limited under applicable law.
